Raiden, the hand of God.

Raiden is of average height, wears only white, uses two ninja swords and believes himself to be the right hand of God. He is an assasin but he believes that God orders everyone he kills. He claims to speak directly to God and that he is an angel sent to earth. He can take the form of anything transparant. He is literally as fast as light and as fluid as water. He can chance into a heavenly, winged creature that looks even more holy than an angel. When he does this, his swords combine into a nice fat steak. (not true, they don't combine at all). He carries a bible with him everywhere.
