Skyfighter Empty

Class: Skyfighter
Preferred races: Any Flier
Preferred weapons: Spears, Light Throwing Weapons, Natural Weapons
Background: The north mountains are home to many aireal races, and have produced fighters that excel in midair combat. Their skill on foot is notable, but when put into the air, they're as deadly as the most viscious poison. A unit of skyfighters will provide valuable air support with light, thrown weapons before joining the melee. In any aireal community in the northern mountain ranges, there is almost always at least one skyfighter about.

Special
~Flyby Attack; A skyfighter is trained in midair charges, and is more than able to take a swing on the move.
~Divebomb; As a last resort, a skyfighter and severely injure herself and her opponent by putting her full body weight into a single charge. This attack will cripple grounded opponents and snatch other fliers out of the air. The most skilled skyfighters can recover from a divebomb they performed against another aireal target -- provided they are in good shape.
~Weapon Crash; When faced with overwhelming odds, the skyfighter is able to use their thrown weapons practically all at onced, tossing them into an advancing horde to cripple their opponents. A typical skyfighter can use this skill to serve the same purpose of a volley from a unit of archers. Due to the terrible accuracy accociated with the technique, it is almost always held back for use against clusters of enemies, and some skyfighters will refrain from using all of their weapons in one attack.
~Armour Penalty; Due to their utmost reliance on nonmagical flight for combat, a skyfighter wearing armour would be severely hampered in both her agility and her movement in general. Usually, a skyfighter will avoid wearing anything other than light armour, and even light armour is rare, since one of the key features of this class -- the Weapon Crash -- requires unhampered access to many ranged weapons at once. However, if a skyfighter were to break the mould and wear medium or heavy armour, her Divebomb would be devastating..
